Concept:

The representation of the butterfly, to me, is freedom, change, transformation, strength, safety, love, beauty…

Encloses everything in its wings in movement.

 

Bio:

Graduated from School of San Alejandro Fine Arts, Havana, Cuba.

She has made 10 solo exhibitions, 50 collectives, and one illustration for a book cover. She has won one prize and one mention.

In my art work, I make an interpretation of the human figure with an own language, the one of my woman hands.

 

What does it means for you to participate in “Mirada de Mujer Miami”?

Participate in this project means for me, find myself again, connect with the earth, with my roots, and return to bear new fruit.

Titulo ; Mariposa

​

Medio – Técnica: Mixta.

Concepto : La representación de la mariposa, para mí, es libertad, cambio,transformación, fuerza, seguridad, amor,

belleza... lo encierra todo en sus alas en movimiento.

​

 

Biografía:

Graduada en la escuela de Bellas Artes San Alejandro, La Habana, Cuba.

Ha realizado 10 exposiciones personales, 50 colectivas, una ilustración para la portada de un libro. Ha obtenido  un premio y una mención.

“En mi trabajo de arte, realizo una interpretación de la figura humana con un lenguaje propio, el de mis manos de mujer”.
