Concept:

To show what nature means to me: the mother earth, creation, nutrition, and the beauty of our planet.

 

Bio:

Macarena has lived in Bolivia, Colombia, Chile and USA. This experience has opened many worlds for her. She lives in Miami where she creates paintings, drawings, sculptures and photographs. Her favorite technique is painting and mixed media with collage.

 

What does it means for you to participate in “Mirada de Mujer Miami”?

For me it is an honor to be part of this large group of women artists. It will be a great experience to work and learn with them through this art project that will help us to share our "women" with the community.

Mostrar lo que significa la naturaleza para mí:es la madre tierra, la creación, nutrición, y lo bello de nuestro planeta.

Macarena ha vivido en Bolivia, Colombia, Chile y EE.UU. Esta experiencia le ha abierto muchos mundos. Vive en Miami donde crea pinturas, dibujos, esculturas y fotografías. Su técnica preferida es la pintura y la técnica mixta con collage.
